Warehouse & Industrial HVAC in Surrey
Industrial HVAC, unit heaters, make-up air, and exhaust fans for Surrey warehouses, distribution centres, and manufacturing facilities. We size every system to your ceiling height, door cycle frequency, and target temperature.
Warehouse HVAC is about physics: high ceilings trap heat, large doors dump cold air in, and the occupancy load can swing from empty to 50 workers in the same shift. Get the sizing wrong and you're either burning gas all day trying to heat unconditioned air, or employees are layered up in parkas. We do the heat-loss calculation first, then spec the equipment.

What We Handle
- Unit heater sizing, supply, and installation (gas-fired, hot-water, or electric)
- Make-up air unit (MUA) design for buildings with loading docks or high air exchange
- Industrial exhaust fan installation and CFM balancing
- Destratification fan installation to recover heat from ceiling peaks
- Radiant tube heater installation for spot heating in loading docks
- Evaporative pre-cooling for summer comfort in non-conditioned warehouses
- Dust and fume exhaust system design for light manufacturing
- Energy management controls and time-scheduling for occupied vs. unoccupied hours
Signs You Need Us Now
These are the warning signs our technicians see most often in the field. If any of these sound familiar, don't wait for the full failure.
- Ceiling temperature is 15°C+ warmer than floor temperature (stratification)
- Unit heaters struggle to maintain setpoint when bay doors open
- Workers in one section of the warehouse are always cold, others are fine
- Condensation forming on the roof deck or steel structure
- Energy bills peak in January but the temperature never feels consistent
- Exhaust fans are not clearing fumes, dust, or humidity effectively
Equipment & Brands We Work With
We supply and install Reznor, Modine, and Cambridge unit heaters. For make-up air, we use direct-fired units from Nortek and Cambridge. Destratification fans come from Big Ass Fans and MacroAir. We use Greenheck and Cook for industrial exhaust. Equipment is always matched to the actual heat-loss calculation, not rule-of-thumb guesses.
How We Work
We walk the space before quoting, measure the building envelope, check insulation R-values, count door openings, and note any process heat sources. The written quote includes the load calculation so you can see the math. Installation is scheduled around your receiving and shipping schedule to minimise disruption.
Surrey Commercial HVAC Services doesn't sub out to random crews. Our own licensed technicians handle every step. When the job is done, you get a complete handover package: equipment manuals, warranty registration, service records, and a direct line to your account technician.
