Built for Business Buildings
Surrey Commercial HVAC Services started because commercial buildings in Surrey kept getting the short end of the stick. Contractors who mostly did residential work would take on a commercial job, quote it wrong, send under-qualified crews, and disappear when something went sideways.
We decided to do one thing and do it right: commercial and industrial HVAC in Surrey and the Lower Mainland. No residential work, no distraction, no excuses.
That means our technicians know commercial controls, commercial refrigerants, commercial duct systems, and the BC building code sections that actually apply to business buildings. They've seen the inside of warehouses, restaurant kitchens, medical offices, and auto dealerships. The learning curve happened on our dime, not yours.
Today we carry BCSA gas contractor certification, full WCB coverage, and $5M commercial liability. Every technician holds a valid trades ticket. If your building manager needs a copy of our credentials, it's one email away.
